Saree the Crop Top Way

I was having meeting with foreign delegates. Client said, they have seen Indian ethnic wear in Bollywood Movies and Indian serial. They were like; they adore how women in serial wear saree to work. They were eager to see that. So we had Saree Day at office. My office culture is like; we wear even track pants to office. So having decent Designer Saree for casual day in my wardrobe was rare sight.

Being a modern Indian girl, I wear saree occasionally. I usually wear saree at weddings or cocktail parties. My saree collection is modern chic and bling. Finding decent casual saree for office was bit difficult as I have never shopped decent casual sarees. I usually adored one of the female protagonist, Avantika in serial Pyaar ka Daard hai on star plus. Her saree are elegant and chic, matching my choice of apparels. I was looking for something similar. Nine colours have huge collection, so it was always in my mind to check there first. Certainly it didn’t disappoint me. It matched my shopping budget too. At retail outlets, decent designer sarees starts from Rs 8000 but at Nine colours you will get it at half the price.

Though I received saree on time, I didn’t have much time to get blouse fittings done. Crop top are in trend. I have variety of crop top in my closet.

Gold, silver, black etc. Crop top can be best worn with Indian wear, as you don’t have to worry about being slim or showing of skin. As saree makes it look aesthetic.

I picked pink colored Manipuri Kota silk Saree. I paired it with my silver-black crop top. Hair and makeup need to be kept simple as its power dressing time. Neat bun or high ponytail goes well. I hoped you loved reading it and will pair your crop top with designer saree from Nine colours.
